Christmas Reservations

For the Christmas holiday season we require a 50% non-refundable deposit in the form of check or money order to be received within 5 days of booking, With the balance due by November 30th.  Cancellations after this time will not be refunded. There are no refunds for early departures.

Reservations are recommended. 

Reservations require a 50% deposit. Deposits may be paid by credit card, check, or money order.  Some holidays and special events require a minimum nights stay.   We reserve the right to limit the number of people staying in the cabins.

Cancellation Policies

Non-Holiday Periods

All cancellations will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of your reservation date will be charged a minimum of 1 night and are subject to all nights the cabin is not re-rented. There are no refunds for early departures or no shows.

Holiday Periods & Special Events excluding Christmas

You must cancel within 30 days of the reservation date to a refund of your deposit less a $25.00 cancellation fee. With less than 30 days, deposits will be refunded only if cabin is re-booked less a $25.00 cancellation fee. There are no refunds for early departures or no shows. Check In/Check Out Policies

11:00 AM - Check-out Time

 If checking in after 8:00 p.m. prior arrangements must be made and balance due paid in full.

We provide all the linens including towels. Kitchenettes include dishes, utensils, pots & pans, coffee filters - but not the coffee. We ask that all guests wash their dishes before leaving or leave $10 dollars for the maids. Daily maid service is not provided, we do not enter your cabin for any reason during your stay. It is your home and if you need fresh towels, or linens just let us know and we will provide them for you.

PETS: We love animals and your pets are welcome in most cabins except The Crescent Moon Cottages with a one time $15.00 cleaning fee per pet. Prior approval is required.

SMOKING: All Cabins are non-smoking but you may smoke on the porches.
